Return & Refund Policy
  • Please submit the return request form under the Customer Support menu to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • A service representative will be in touch to clarify the next steps.
  • All returns must be shipped within 7 days of the return authorization. All items must be in original packaging and well-packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Once we have inspected your returned product, a refund or exchange will be issued. We may have to deduct a $50 restocking fee if we identify any signs of misuse.
  • After a 14-day guarantee period, no return or exchange will be accepted.
