Ordering

How can I choose the right scissors?

If you’re not quite sure which shear is right for you, please refer to our Choosing Scissor guide. It's located under the Editorial menu and also available in our footer menu. You may click here to go to Choosing Scissors.

What is covered by warranty?

All MICHIKO scissors come with a lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear, abuse, misuse, or sharpening by non-authorized sharpeners. Daily cleaning and maintenance are recommended to provide maximum performance. Please refer to the Scissor Maintenance guide under the Editorial menu.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. All import taxes or duties for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
