- Please submit the return request form under the Service menu to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- A service representative will be in touch to clarify the next steps.
- All returns must be shipped within 14 days of the return authorization. All items must be in original packaging and well-packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- Once we have inspected your returned product, a refund or exchange will be issued.
- After a 14-day guarantee period, no return or exchange will be accepted.
